4 day walking pilgrimage for the UK Bishopric

The UK Bishopric of the Armed Forces this week (20 Sep 2024) undertook a 4 day walking pilgrimage from the shrine of St Julian of Norwich to the Marion shrine of Our Lady of Walsingham.

Members of the Navy, Army and Airforce were lead by Bishop Paul Mason along the road, celebrating Mass each day in churches and small road side chapels. The final mile of the pilgrimage to the shrine of Our Lady is traditional walked in bare feet which the pilgrims happily undertook.
